1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vibez.now ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibez.now is an AI app builder with a human approval step. An AI agent builds your project in an isolated sandbox, and consequential actions, such as shell commands, deletions and deploys, wait for your approval. The Service also lets your own AI agents submit actions for review through a REST API, so you can approve or reject them before they run.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. API Usage

API keys are for your personal or organizational use only. You may not share, sell, or redistribute API keys. Rate limits apply (60 requests per minute). Abuse of the API may result in suspension.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service, and of the code and apps the agent builds for you. We do not claim rights to your projects, code snippets, request metadata, or any content submitted by your AI agents. You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted through your API key complies with applicable laws.

6. Credits & Payments

Building uses credits, which belong to a workspace. New workspaces receive free credits; more are bought as one-off credit packs, with no subscription. Before an agent turn starts, the Service reserves enough credits to cover it, then charges what the turn used and releases the rest. Payments and balances are processed by our billing provider, cred. If a charge looks wrong, email will.schulz@aw3.tech and we will review it.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal activity; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; (d) reverse engineer the Service; (e) use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to actions taken by AI agents that you approve through the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
