The studio

AW3 Technology is a San Francisco venture studio that designs and builds AI, Web3 and SaaS products. It works with startups from inception to Series A — as their development team, as an equity advisor, or as a co-founder — and builds custom software for enterprises. Vibez.now is one of the ventures AW3 builds in-house, alongside products like Kavanah and TRMNLY. AW3 was founded by William Schulz.

In September 2024, at the 1000X Summit in Santa Clara, AW3 received a Certificate of Recognition from Fiona Ma, the Treasurer of California, for contributions to innovation and entrepreneurship.

How Vibez.now started

Vibez.now began in 2025 as an approval layer for AI agents. The idea was simple: as agents start writing code, touching systems and triggering workflows, a person should see what an agent is about to do and say yes before it happens. Agents submit a structured request — a title, a description, a code snippet, metadata — and a human approves or rejects it with one click.

That approval flow became the core of an app builder. You describe an app, an agent builds it in an isolated sandbox with a live preview, and anything consequential — a shell command, a deletion, a deploy — waits for you. The original REST API is still there, so your own agents can route their risky actions through the same review.

How it's built

• Gate actions, not reads. The agent reads and edits freely inside its sandbox; it stops before anything that leaves it or can't be undone.
• Approve from anywhere. Pending approvals reach the iOS app, so a build doesn't stall because you stepped away from your desk.
• Every turn is a version. One click rolls back, and the rollback is itself a version.
• The agent never sees your secrets. It can use an API key without being able to read its value.
• Your code is yours. Push it to GitHub; the full source sits beside the chat.
• Autonomy is your choice. Autopilot, Guarded or Paranoid, set per project.
